  • Do you require apartment renters insurance?
    We do require renters insurance. We provide one of the best insurance programs as well at the lowest cost. Usually ranges from $15-$17/month for great coverage in case of emergency.
  • What floor plans do you have?
    We have a variety of 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom and newly renovated apartments available for rent. All can be viewed here on our floor plans page including Apartment Video and 3D Virtiual Tours
  • What public schools are located in the attendance zone for San Antonio Station residents?
    Public Elementary School is Mead Elementary School, Grades PK-5, 887 Students, (210) 397-1750 Public Middle School is Rudder Middle School, Grades 6-8, 1,061 Students, (210) 397-5000 Public High School is Marshall High School, Grades 9-12, 2,658 Students, (210) 397-7100
  • Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?
    Yes In order to break your lease you must give a notice and pay a penalty. We can discuss our details over the phone or during your application. Let's get you going today.
  • What are your fees?
    Our application fee is $50/applicant. We have a one time admin fee of $150.
  • What is the parking situation?
    Parking is free, but we also provide assigned parking, most of it is covered parking too. We charge $20-$30/month for assigned parking spaces. You will need to register your car onsite.
  • Do you have shorter term leasing?
    Our standard lease is 12 months. We offer 6-15 month lease terms. Call for more information on move-in specials and flexible lease terms.
  • What does it cost to move-in?
    Move in cost varies from month to month since we offer different specials. It also depends on your move in date, rent amount and number of applicants. Give us a call. Let's discuss.
  • What are the rental income requirements?
    Our requirements are: - Income: 2.5x - 3.0x rent amount. We look at take home pay to total costs for your unit as well. - Credit: min 550 credit. A Co-signor may be required depending on screening results. - We want everyone to have the opportunity and follow fair housing law and regulations.
  • What is your pet policy and fees?
    Dogs Allowed: Breed Restrictions Apply, $100 Deposit , $15-20/pet Monthly Pet Rent, $200 one time Fee , 75 lb Weight Limit, 2 Pet Limit Cats Allowed: Breed Restrictions Apply, $100 Deposit , $15-20/pet Monthly Pet Rent, $200 one time Fee , 75 lb Weight Limit, 2 Pet Limit
  • Are utilities included?
    No, utilities are billed separately through us (Water, sewer, cable, renters insurance, pest control and trash). You will set up your electricity with CPS Energy.
